They are made in a village in central Java in Indonesia where the whole community works together to produce Guitars and Ukuleles. Some workshops make the body, other the neck - actually the whole village collaborate to produce this instrument. With your help we can support them and help them grow.
Do not confuse these with plastic or factory produced as they are made with love and attention to detail. The bD logo on the neck stands for Bondhan the Indonesian designer (who is also a musician) and helped developed this range.
Obviously not a cheap massed produced item which is why we believe they are excellent value for money.
