Shipping policy
Quintessential Holistic Health Ltd:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
During busier periods, including October to December, dispatch times may increase to 3–5 working days.
Standard Delivery:
Orders weighing 0–3kg are usually sent via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Orders weighing over 3kg are usually sent via APC.
Next Working Day / Overnight Delivery:
Where overnight delivery is selected and available, orders will be booked on an overnight service for delivery on the next working day after dispatch.
Orders must be completed by 1pm to be eligible for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following working day.
Please note that next working day delivery applies after dispatch and is subject to courier availability, service restrictions and any delays outside our control.
Large Items:
Large furniture items may be shipped by pallet delivery.
If your order requires pallet delivery, we may contact you with further delivery information.
Additional Information:
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, severe weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We may not be able to change the address once your order has been processed.
International Orders and Delivery:
Where we offer delivery outside the UK, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported into their destination country.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by their local customs authority, courier or delivery provider.
Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local delivery networks, courier delays, product restrictions or circumstances outside our control.
Some products may not be available for international delivery due to courier, customs, product, ingredient, size, weight or destination restrictions.
