Refund policy

Quintessential Holistic Health Ltd:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at Sales@quintessentialholistichealth.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide after your return request has been accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalised items, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed, such as certain personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items may be returned in line with this policy and your statutory rights.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we can arrange the replacement item where available. Additional charges may apply if the new item costs more than the item originally purchased.

UK and European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If you are buying as a consumer online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason. As above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or earlier where required by law. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns:

International customers should contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the correct returns process.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges paid to third parties may not be refundable by us.
