Sleepy Lavender massage oil is formulated with lavender and marjoram designed to place you into a completely relaxed state that is ideal for sleep.
The blend of oils will help reduce stress related conditions and headaches before gently lulling you into a restful sleep.
Massage is a great way to pamper and please your body.
It stimulates your nervous system; wakes up your muscles, organs, and glands; moves blood and lymph fluid, and gets multitudes of cells to produce and release chemicals and hormones.
Your body needs a massage to renew itself and reverse the effects of stress and it can also help boost focus, relieve anxiety, and even improve sleep quality.
It can be a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being; reducing stress and increasing relaxation, alleviating pain, muscle soreness and tension and boosting circulation, energy and alertness.
Combine those reasons with the amazing fragrance and enhancing benefits of aromatherapy blends infused into a base oil and it can make a real difference to your overall physical and mental wellbeing.
